As a full time REALTOR® in Northern Colorado for over seven years, Terry Vierhout has many attributes that would be at your disposal.  Terry currently holds the GRI designation, which requires 92 hours of live course instruction through a national program of specialized and advanced education for the licensed REALTOR®.  It involves intense study, covering many special aspects of real estate such as residential marketing, cost basis, appreciation methods, investment real estate, construction, real estate tax concepts, exchanges, capital gains and various types of mortgage programs.  Terry also holds the e-PRO designation which is a revolutionary new training program, presented entirely online to certify real estate agents as Internet Professionals.  Due to Terry’s experience and dedication to ongoing education, he was asked to participate in the Keller Williams Mentor program.  Through the program, he assists new agents with all facets of their business.  Terry works closely with the new agent on their first three transactions during which, he reviews all contracts and helps in any negotiations.  Other responsibilities of the Mentors include teaching weekly contracts class, marketing classes and negotiation classes.  Terry has been a guest instructor for the Alliance Real Estate School.

Terry has also been investing in local real estate since he moved to Fort Collins in 1993.  He owns several rentals and has participated in renovating property for sale.  With years of experience, an extensive library and a vast investment networking group, please consider Terry as your personal specialist for real estate investments.

With his free time, you will find Terry hiking, snow shoeing or mountain biking in the beautiful Rocky Mountains .  At his side you will find his best friend and “worlds greatest” chocolate lab, Guy.  While Guy has already dragged Terry up two of Colorado ’s fifty 14ner’s, there are no current plans to climb the rest.
